Please arrive 10 mins before your scheduled appointment time. Deposits are non-refundable!!! If you smell of weed you will be asked to leave & reschedule. Don’t bring any drugs into the shop & that includes weed. If you miss your appointment by no call/no show, your deposit will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! If you’re 10 mins or more late, you’ll have to reschedule or you’ll be charged a $20 late fee. You can’t steam if your pregnant or on your menstruation. No food /drinks allowed! No speakerphone use! Be considerate of others that are being serviced.
